Reserve Your Yoga Class

Open to all levels, these classes are an opportunity to practice in a way that honors your constitution, the time of year, and the inner landscape. Each week, one of our teachers will instruct a class that focuses on a theme related to their area of expertise, providing a practice that aligns with Ayurvedic and Yogic principles.

After class, we leave space to stay a little longer. A moment to share tea, ask a question, or be in good company.

These gatherings are not structured conversations, but gentle openings, a way to connect, reflect, and be with others walking a similar path.

Bring your chai, your presence, and whatever is real for you.

Our Yoga Teachers

  • Giuditta

    FOUNDER

    Teaches from her background as an Ayurvedic Clinical Practitioner and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. Her classes are guided by elemental theory, seasonal intelligence, and what she continues to observe in clinical practice. Her approach is steady, clear, and grounded in tools that regulate, strengthen, and restore clarity over time.

    FOUNDER OF AAI

    Brings a sensitive and structured approach to movement and stillness. Her classes emphasize breath, alignment, and space between postures. Drawing from both classical and therapeutic traditions, she integrates Yin and restorative yoga in a way that allows for deep settling and recalibration of the nervous system.

  • Sawsthik Acharya

    FACULTY

    Teaches traditional Hatha Yoga, including āsana, prāṇāyāma, meditation, and śatkarmas. With a Master’s degree in Yogic Science, he brings a methodical, grounded presence to his classes, along with a strong foundation in classical techniques and yogic discipline.
