This training is offered in two tracks
The 200-hour Foundations, focused on core Ayurvedic principles and doshic yoga, is ideal for those beginning their teaching path
The 500-hour Advanced track is designed for individuals who wish to advance in the clinical application of Ayurvedic Yoga, refine their observational skills, tailor practices to individual needs, and integrate mentorship over time.
Both tracks run simultaneously, and students in the 200-hour track may continue into the 500-hour certification without reapplying or repeating modules. You will simply continue with the next set of modules and upgrade your certification.
What Makes This Training Unique
This is not just a Yoga teacher training.
It is a complete education in how to live, practice, and teach from an integrated understanding of the human experience, body, mind, energy, and consciousness, guided by the timeless sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga.
Most Yoga trainings focus only on techniques: postures, sequences, breathwork, and philosophy.
Few prepare you to understand who you are teaching, what they truly need, and how to adapt practices with precision to each stage of life, each season, and each shift of inner and outer condition.
This program stands apart because it teaches you:
How to assess constitution, condition, and energetic patterns through Ayurvedic understanding
How to thoughtfully and skillfully adapt asana, pranayama, meditation, and daily practices to support balance, resilience, and spiritual growth
How to build a steady daily personal practice (Sadhana) for yourself that evolves with your needs over time, not as a rigid system, but as a living, sacred relationship to practice
How to teach from lived experience, embodied clarity, and applied understanding, not from memorized information
You will not only leave this program with a Yoga Alliance certificate;
- You will leave with a new way of seeing the world
- A new way of practicing Yoga
- A new way of guiding others
Why The Integration of Yoga and Ayurveda?
Ayurvedic Yoga: Two Ancient Sciences, One Integrated Path
Ayurveda and Yoga are two distinct classical sciences, each developed to address different but complementary dimensions of human life.
Ayurveda, rooted in the Vedic tradition and expanded through the Ayurvedic Samhitas, teaches how to sustain balance in the body and mind, creating the foundation for a long, purposeful, and vital life.
Yoga, shaped through the Upanishads, the Yoga Sutras, and later Hatha Yoga traditions, offers the inner disciplines of purification, breath regulation, and meditation, leading the practitioner beyond the fluctuations of life into direct realization of the Self.
Ayurveda and Yoga, each complete in their own right, together offer a fuller path to sustaining life’s balance while opening the way to its highest realization.
This training teaches you how to connect these two ancient sciences into one unified way of living, practicing, and serving, a living system that supports long-term balance, clarity, and spiritual evolution.
You will learn to view yourself and your students through the elemental lens, understanding how the Five Great Elements of Nature (earth, water, fire, air, and space) manifest in the body, mind, and energy field.
By recognizing elemental imbalances and qualities, you will be able to intelligently and skillfully adapt Yoga practices to restore equilibrium and support long-lasting, positive effects.
This is Yoga and Ayurveda, not as parallel subjects, but as one living method, grounded in nature’s intelligence, guided by tradition, and alive within the realities of modern life.
Sādhana: Building the Inner Foundation
At the heart of this training is the cultivation of Sadhana, the disciplined practice of daily, conscious living.
Sadhana is not simply exercise or tradition; it is the art of creating a steady relationship with the deeper aspects of yourself.
Through intentional daily rituals such as asanas, mantras, breath, meditation, nourishment, and reflection, you create daily pathways back to your essential nature. Each act becomes a doorway: grounding, clarifying, centering, awakening.
In a world that constantly pulls attention outward, Sadhana draws it inward, offering a structure where Self-knowledge can grow naturally over time, rooted in real experience rather than borrowed ideas.
“Sadhana is not what we do to become something else. It is how we remember who we already are.”
This training will guide you to build a personal Sadhana that evolves with your constitution, life rhythms, and spiritual growth, not as a rigid system, but as a living, breathing relationship with your unfolding being.
True transformation is not forged in fleeting moments of inspiration.
It grows through the quiet, sacred repetition of meeting yourself every day, with care, discipline, and presence.
-Sadhana is where healing begins.
-Sadhana is where mastery grows.
-Sadhana is where the deeper journey truly starts.

How Our Training Unfolds
Commit to Learning Āyurvedic Yoga as a Living Practice
This training was created to reconnect Yoga and Āyurveda two sister traditions that have often been taught separately in modern times, but were always meant to support each other. In the classical view, Yoga is one of the six schools of Indian philosophy, and provides a foundation for how Āyurveda understands the body, mind, and spirit.
Yoga offers a path of self-awareness and discipline. Āyurveda offers the tools to keep our life in balance, so that path can unfold clearly.
We begin with a steady daily practice (Sādhana) that includes Vedic daily rituals, postures, breathwork, and mantra, guided by simple daily and seasonal routines. This builds strength and focus for deeper study.
From this base, students explore key ideas like the doṣas, personal constitution, daily habits, and how to align with the seasons. As the course continues, we study the deeper layers of the body, how digestion works, vital energy points, and the subtle flow of prāṇa, always with practical tools and clear application.
You will learn to guide yoga sessions that adapt to different people, life stages, and needs. You will also begin to see and teach through the lens of both Yoga and Āyurveda in a grounded, respectful way.
This program stays true to tradition while remaining flexible, offering a clear and thoughtful path of learning, personal growth, and wise teaching.
