Through master classes in yoga and Ayurveda, each day engages these senses with intentional movement, breath, and elemental wisdom, refining perception, restoring balance, and deepening your connection to both nature and yourself.

Elemental Retreat© is a place to reconnect with nature, yourself, and the subtle forces that shape existence. Through the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga, we explore the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether by engaging the senses that naturally connect us to each one. Feeling the stability of the earth beneath your feet, listening to the rhythm of flowing water, absorbing the warmth of the fire, breathing in the expansiveness of air, and sensing the stillness of ether allows for a deeper and more embodied experience of these elements in daily life. This retreat is an opportunity to slow down, listen deeply, and engage with these elements in ways that restore balance, spark curiosity, and bring a renewed sense of clarity.

We, at Elemental Retreat©, have designed a retreat like no other. Our Intention is to educate and empower participants by integrating the whole self to achieve balance. You will gain valuable insights and practices for personal growth through a deep exploration of the five elements.

No prior Yoga or Ayurveda knowledge is needed.
