Learn the rich history and origins of Yoga and Āyurveda while delving into the Āyurvedic philosophical principles of evolution and elemental theory. Gain a foundational understanding of the five primary elements (Pancha Mahabhutas)—ether (space), air, fire, water, and earth—that form the basis of Āyurvedic wisdom. These Five Great elements lay the groundwork for the Āyurvedic doshic theory, helping you grasp the concept of the tridoshas, Vāta, Pitta, and Kapha.
By understanding the evolution of creation and the elemental nature of the universe in connection with our physical existence, you will be ready to guide your students and clients toward a balanced and harmonious yoga practice.

Program Framework
The Ayurvedic Yoga certification program is delivered in a hybrid format, integrating in-person and online sessions with live modules.
In-person sessions will take place in different locations like the US, EU, and India. You are required to attend a certain amount of hours of in-person practicals to graduate from the program. Travel and accommodation expenses for the in-person sessions are not included in the cost of the Yoga Teacher Training program and will need to be arranged and covered by the student.
